Asymmetrical-Motion

Books

One of the first questions that discovered me when I started giving classes was:

What is happening while I dance?

It was from this question that I developed a series of notes about dancing. This practice of writing from the physical/sensorial experience of movement began to form a part of my classes, as a pedagogical tool.
A way to be conscious in the act of movement.

Let all that moves move.

Let all directions appear, all wills, all possible simultaneities.

Let the smallest part be both independent to move and receptive to be moved.

Let all the bodies in your body appear in movement.
